Your Mediora Health Score
Enter your most recent lab values for the markers you remember. Mediora.AI returns a composite 0–100 score and shows what each marker contributed. The form is anonymous - values are not stored.
What is the Mediora Health Score?
The Mediora Health Score is a single 0–100 number that summarises how your routine blood-test markers compare to their healthy reference ranges. It's a wellness snapshot - a way to see the big picture across many markers at once and watch it move over time - not a medical diagnosis.
It combines core markers across several body systems - metabolic (glucose, HbA1c), lipids (total/LDL/HDL cholesterol, triglycerides), inflammation and blood counts - weighting how far each value sits inside or outside its range. The more of your markers land in a healthy range, the higher the score. The form is anonymous and your values are not stored.
