Your Mediora Health Score
Enter your most recent lab values for the markers you remember. Mediora.AI returns a composite 0–100 score and shows what each marker contributed. The form is anonymous - values are not stored.
What is the Mediora Health Score?
The Health Score is a single number from 0 to 100. It says how close your everyday blood values are to healthy ones. It is a way to see the whole picture at once and watch which way it moves - not a diagnosis.
It combines core markers across several body systems - metabolic (glucose, HbA1c), lipids (total/LDL/HDL cholesterol, triglycerides), inflammation and blood counts - weighting how far each value sits inside or outside its range. The more of your markers land in a healthy range, the higher the score. The form is anonymous and your values are not stored.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Health Score a medical diagnosis?
No. It is a way to keep an eye on your own results, comparing them with healthy values. If something is off time after time, show it to a doctor.
Which markers does it use?
Core markers across metabolism (glucose, HbA1c), lipids (cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), inflammation and blood counts - whichever recent values you enter.
Are my values stored?
No - the anonymous form computes the score in your browser session and does not save the values you enter.
