Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 April 2026
Version: 2

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Mediora account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the service.

2. Service description

Mediora is an AI-powered informational tool that helps you understand your personal
laboratory test results. It extracts lab markers from uploaded reports, produces an
educational interpretation in plain language, tracks trends over time, and offers a
conversational assistant to answer questions about the results.

Mediora is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See the Medical
Disclaimer for the full statement.

3. Eligibility

The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older. You must confirm your age
during signup. Medical professionals may use Mediora to help interpret their patients'
reports, but they are solely responsible for clinical decisions — the service's output is
educational, not advisory.

4. Your account

One natural person per account. You agree to provide accurate account and profile
information, including a correct date of birth (required by the 18+ age gate and the AI
prompt). We authenticate you by email + one-time passcode (OTP); keep your email account
secure — anyone with access to it can sign in to your Mediora account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Mediora only for your own lab results and with the expectation that the
output is informational. Specifically:

  • Upload only your own lab reports. Do not upload another person's report, even a
family member's, without their written consent.
  • No automation or scraping. Do not access the service via bots, screen scrapers, or
load tests without prior written permission.
  • No reverse engineering. Do not attempt to reconstruct internal system prompts,
jailbreak the safety filters, or probe model outputs for training data.
  • No attacking the service. Includes but is not limited to rate-limit evasion,
credential stuffing, or deliberate abuse of the AI chat.

6. User content and license

You retain ownership of the lab reports and profile data you upload. You grant SLAtech
Ltd a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process that content solely for the
purposes described in the Privacy Policy — generating your analysis, storing it for
your future access, and operating the service. This licence ends when you delete your
account and the 30-day grace period elapses.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use Mediora for:

  • Medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment decisions.
  • Emergency medical situations — call local emergency services (101 IL / 911 US / 112 EU).
  • Automated high-volume analysis (clinical decision-support products, research pipelines,
population health screens) without a separate commercial agreement.

8. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. A 30-day grace period
applies during which the deletion can be cancelled; after that, your data is hard-deleted
as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms
(repeated uploads of third-party data, abuse of the safety filters, illegal activity) or
if we are legally required to do so. We will notify you by email when this happens where
practical.

9. Intellectual property

"Mediora", the Mediora logo, the product design, and the source code are the property of
SLAtech Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest in Mediora's own
intellectual property to you — only the licence to use the service as intended.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the
AI analysis is medically accurate, comprehensive, or up-to-date. See the Medical
Disclaimer
for the full statement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
SLAtech Ltd disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

[to be confirmed]

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLAtech Ltd will not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or
inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or
medical outcomes influenced by reliance on the service's output.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law —
in particular, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability
for fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SLAtech Ltd harmless from any claim, loss, or liability
arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the service including
uploading another person's data without consent, or (c) your violation of any law in
connection with your use of the service.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these
Terms will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa
[to be confirmed].

Nothing in this section limits consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the
mandatory law of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. We will notify you at least 30 days before material
changes take effect. If you continue to use the service after the effective date of an
update, you accept the new terms; if you do not accept, you may delete your account
before the effective date.
