What's included

• 25 tests in your first 30 days, then 10 a month. The counter resets on the 1st.
• Reaching the limit pauses new uploads and nothing else. Your history, trends, reports and the chat about them stay open.
• Counted per account. One allowance, shared across every profile in your family.
• Your history stays with you. We track each marker across all your uploads and bring the units to one scale, so the third upload reads as a line rather than a snapshot.
• Family profiles. Separate history and age-appropriate ranges for each person. Name and date of birth are checked at upload, so a result doesn't land in the wrong profile.
• Chat about your report. Answers are built on the markers in your own report.
• Three languages, all native. English, Russian, Hebrew. Each text is written in its own language, not machine-translated into it.
• Telegram bot. Upload and get an explanation without registering.
• A catalog of markers, conditions and symptoms you can read before uploading anything.
• Export everything, or delete the account. On your request, at any time.

Why it's free

The product isn't the reading of one form. It's what the numbers look like on the third upload, and on the sixth - when a marker stops being a number and starts being a direction. Charging would start exactly where that begins. So we do not.

There's no payment form for reading your results, no payment provider connected to it, and none planned. Free here isn't a stage we're currently in. It's how the thing is built.

What "free" doesn't mean

• There are limits, and they're written above. Those numbers are real and the service enforces them.
• It doesn't mean you're the product. Your data isn't sold and isn't passed to third parties.
• It doesn't mean a card "just for verification." There's no payment form for reading your results at all.
• It doesn't mean your results disappear after the explanation. They stay in your account, and you can export all of them or delete the account whenever you want.

Where your file actually goes

Before your file reaches the AI, names, ID numbers and dates of birth are blacked out on the image itself. The file then goes through two separate calls: the first reads the structure of the page, the second interprets the numbers - and that second one never receives your name, your ID number or your date of birth.

That's a mechanism, not an adjective. You can check it.

Your data isn't sold and isn't shared with advertisers. Our analytics set no tracking cookies - performance and usage only, never the contents of your reports. No Google Analytics, no social-network counters, no recording of what you do on screen.

Mediora explains what your markers mean and what changed since last time. It's an interpretation, not a diagnosis, and it doesn't replace your doctor.
