Cases in your language, by default
ReviewerRoutingService filters the candidate pool by your PreferredLanguage before scoring on specialty - so a Russian-speaking patient's report lands with a Russian-speaking reviewer, and you read articles in the language you actually think in. Specialty match relaxes only if the language-pool is too small.

Disagreement with the majority halves the reward (×0.5). Escalated / AwaitingReview pay the full tiered rate. Promotion is automatic - RQS recomputes nightly from your decided-review trail.
