How to get your blood-test results in the German statutory system with AOK, and how Mediora explains every marker.

AOK is one of Germany's statutory health insurers (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung). Blood tests are ordered by your doctor and the results are returned to that practice; increasingly they are also available to you in the electronic patient record (ePA), which AOK provides through its app.
How to get your results
Ask your practice for a copy of the results, or open them in the ePA app, and save the file as a PDF — the file you upload to Mediora. A clear photo of a printout also works.
