Helix: reading your lab results
How to get your blood-test results from Helix, and how Mediora helps you understand every marker.
About
Helix is a network of medical laboratories in Russia. Blood tests can be done at a Helix branch — on a doctor's referral or on your own — and the results are collected through your personal online account.
How to get your results
You order a test online or at a Helix branch and give the sample there. Results are published to your personal account on helix.ru and the Helix app, usually within a day or two for routine panels, and you can download each one as a PDF — the file you upload to Mediora.
What Mediora does with your Helix results
Upload the Helix PDF to Mediora for a plain-language explanation of every marker, questions to take to your doctor, and a view of how each value is trending across tests. You can keep a separate history for each family member. This is an AI explanation to help you prepare — not a doctor's review, and not a diagnosis.
Mediora is independent of Helix — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of it — and does not replace your doctor.
