OMS (obligatory medical insurance) covers care at state polyclinics across Russia. Blood tests ordered by your polyclinic doctor are done at the polyclinic laboratory, and the results are increasingly available digitally through the Gosuslugi portal and regional systems such as EMIAS in Moscow.
How to get your results
Your polyclinic doctor orders the test and you give the sample at the polyclinic. Results are entered into your electronic medical record and, in most regions, shown in your Gosuslugi account (or the regional portal, e.g. EMIAS). Where a downloadable file is available you can save it as a PDF — the file you upload to Mediora; otherwise a photo or screenshot works too.
