Leg weakness

A genuine loss of strength in the legs, making them feel heavy or difficult to move — distinct from tiredness. Causes range from nerve and muscle problems and electrolyte or vitamin deficiencies to spinal cord issues; sudden or one-sided weakness can be an emergency.

Leg weakness means an actual reduction in muscle power, so the legs feel heavy, give way, or make climbing stairs and rising from a chair hard.
